Digital Nomads

A global Shopify brand scaled from a cold start to roughly $3M/mo — $17M in eight months — behind 400K+ customers, $100K+/day in ad spend, and a 10× launch ROAS held at 2× through the scale.

THE CHALLENGE

Product moved. The systems couldn’t keep up.

Digital Nomads was a global Shopify brand drop-shipping products out of China. Sales were happening, but the business had no system underneath the growth — every time they tried to spend more, something broke.

The mandate was clear: build an advertising and testing operation that could scale into the millions without falling apart, and find customers anywhere in the world profitably.

THE STRATEGY

The Bully Method.

We rebuilt the ad account around one principle: find what works, then dominate with it. Our launch strategy cut cost-per-click and lifted return on ad spend 10× out of the gate — enough headroom to scale hard and fast.

From there we ran the Bully Method — identify a winning campaign, then push it aggressively enough to take over entire Facebook and Instagram feeds, buying more customers profitably while holding a consistent 2× return on ad spend. We tested new products and new creative every single day, with roughly 40 people working the account, and scaled live campaigns into the millions inside a 30-day window.

  • Worldwide prospecting + daily product and creative testing
  • The Bully Method: dominate winning campaigns across the feed
  • ~40-person pod running the ad account
  • 2× ROAS held while scaling spend into the millions
THE OUTCOME

The constraint became manufacturing, not marketing.

From a cold start, Digital Nomads grew to roughly $3M in monthly revenue — more than 400,000 customers and over $100K a day in managed ad spend, reaching $17M across the engagement.

The scaling worked so well the bottleneck flipped: their manufacturing couldn’t keep pace with the demand we created, and we had to pull advertising back so supply could catch up. That is the good kind of problem.
